METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175C, Mix the first 3 ingredients in a blender
- Combine the oat flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir to combine
- Fold in the blueberries
- Spoon into a muffin tray lined with paper /silicone muffin cases. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
