2019 - Pri Bakes was born
Pri Bakes was born from Priyanka's desire to find natural baked treats free from all naughty ingredients, and this led her to create a delicious plant-based bakery range, always oat-based and initially made from only 5 ingredients!. Pri began developing the initial product range of Oaty Pies in her kitchen. She hosted events with magazines like Glamour and Stylist and in late 2019 launched into Planet Organic.
2020 - Pri Bakes launches into the health food market
Upon becoming a best seller in Planet Organic's impulse range, Pri Bakes grew into the health food market, stocking in over 100 independent health food stores in under 3 months. A production factory was created alongside warehousing and distribution as sales took off. A website was launched as well as listing on Amazon. We also started distributing into export markets - Germany, Czech Republic and Australia
2020 - Pri Bakes launches into revital health food stores and Lakeland

2021 - Pri Bakes launch Oaty Pockets range
Our oaty pockets are bite sized parcels of joy. Initially in Raspberry, Cinnamon and Hazelnut flavours

Launched into Dubai (Choithrams), Kuwait (The Sultan Centre), USA (Central Market), and Ireland
2021 - Pri Bakes launch into Booths stores as a limited trial

2022 - Pri Bakes launch into TK Maxx and Homesense in the UK and Cora and Delhaize in the Benelux

After months of product development we refine our Pocket product recipes and introduce our new Chocolate Pockets
2025 - Pri Bakes is acquired by one of its original investors
David and Ellen take over the ownership and day to day management of Pri Bakes with the objective of continuing and building on Priyanka's great work
