|110g||chickpea flour (3/4 cup)|
|240g||plant milk (1/2 cup)|
|30g||mushed bananas (2 tbsp)|
|2||tbsp coconut sugar|
|1||tsp baking powder|
|Picnch of salt|
|Freeze dried raspberries|
6 ingredient soft and fluffy protein packed waffles. I whipped these up in literally 2 minutes (+ 2 minutes cooking time) and they're delicious sweet or savoury! Sweet with maple, choc chips, banana and berries or savoury with hummus, avocado and harissa!
- Blend together all the ingredients.
- Cook in a preheated waffle iron (sprayed with oil) until golden brown.
- Pile them up, add toppings, drizzle with maple, and dig in!
