FLUFFY CHOCO PANCAKES, WITH LAYERS OF THICK AND NUTTY PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL, TOPPED WITH WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM, CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE, CARAMELISED BANANA AND OUR CASHEW PIES 🤤
METHOD
- Blend all pancake ingredients excl baking powder until smooth, rich and chocolatey
- Stir in baking powder
- Heat a frying pan and spray with coconut oil, fry on medium heat for approximately 1 minute
- When the top side starts to bubble and flip, cooking the 2nd side for 1 minute
- Stack up and serve with toppings of your choice
- For the peanut butter caramel - mix 4 tbsp of peanut butter with 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp agave syrup (maple or date syrup)
