Rich, buttery creamy cheese spread made from the simplest wholefood ingredients. So delicious served on rye crackers, toasted bagels, crudités and topped with fresh herbs.
METHOD
Soak cashews in boiling water for 1 hour
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor
Serve with rye crackers, toasted bagels and top with fresh basil
