300g | oat flour |
200g | rolled oats |
1/3 | tsp salt |
500ml | plant milk (oat milk and coconut milk work very well) |
1 | tbsp lemon |
100g | coconut oil |

METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C and Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl - oats, oat flour and salt
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and milk, then pour into the large mixing bowl and mix
- Melt the coconut oil and combine the rest of the ingredients until a dough forms
- Pour the slightly liquid dough onto a lined baking tray and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes until the bread starts to golden on top
