| 60g | peanut butter |
| 105g | agave syrup |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp vanilla essence /powder |
| Pinch of salt | |
| 90g | chocolate chips |
Chewy, peanut buttery cookies stuffed with chocolate chips and made with only 5 simple ingredients
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175C
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas and whizz all ingredients excluding choc in a blender
- Stir in the choc chips
- Spoon or roll into balls, place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
