INGREDIENTS
Base
1 | banana |
120g | peanut butter (can also sub for almond butter) |
110g | maple / agave |
1/2 | tsp baking soda |
Pinch of salt | |
60g | chocolate chips |
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Mix all ingredients (excl chocolate chips) in a blender, or in a bowl ensuring banana is mashed until smooth
- Pour into a small baking tray (mine was 15cm x 10cm)
- Cover in chocolate chips and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing or digging in with a spoon!
