Base

3 frozen bananas
100g frozen blackberries
Splash of plant milk
2 tbsp plant-based yoghurt

TOPPINGS

Blackberries
Dessicated coconut
Blackberry chia jam
Blueberry powder

THE PERFECT WAY TO COOL DOWN ON A HOT SPRING DAY. I'M ENJOYING THIS BLACKBERRY BANANA SUNDAE IN THE GARDEN TODAY WHILST I CATCH THE LAST OF THE SUN 🌄🍨

METHOD

  • Blend banana, mik and berries together on high speed until smooth
  • Fill smoothie glass / jar and top with a tablespoon of yoghurt (I used @coyo)
  • Decorate with toppings of your choice
