BASE
110g | oat flour @bobsredmill |
35g | coconut oil @tianacoconut |
35g | date syrup @bionaorganic |
Chocolate (@ombar or @ichoc, I use homemade) |
HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE
6 | tbsp cacao butter chunks(@sevenhills @wholefoods) |
3 | tbsp coconut sugar (powdered) |
1 | tsp vanilla essence |
5 | tbsp cacao powder |
COOKIE DOUGH BALLS
METHOD
- Melt coconut oil
- Mix cookie dough ingredients
- Roll into small balls
- Chill in freezer whilst making the chocolate
- Melt store-bought chocolate in a saucepan Or, melt cacao butter in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of hot water
- Add vanilla and powdered coconut sugar
- Once cacao butter has melted, stir in cacao powder and remove bowl off heat
- Dip cookie dough balls into melted chocolate pot using cocktail sticks
- Devour - Tip: I love having mine in banana nicecream (cookie dough flavour 🍪)
