INGREDIENTS
COOKIE CUPS (serves 10)
110g | oat flour or almond flour (1 cup) |
30 | date syrup (1/12 cup or 20 ml) |
30 | coconut oil (1/8 cup) |
Pinch of salt |
METHOD
- Melt the coconut oil and mix up base ingredients until dough forms
- Press into a cupcake moulds and freeze for 15 minutes
- Pour oat milk into tarts and TAKE A SHOT! ⠀
