METHOD
- Melt the coconut oil, and mix together all base ingredients
- Press the peanut butter fudge base into a tin and freeze for 30 minutes whilst you make the chocolate layer
- Melt the coconut oil, and stir in the remaining ingredients, pour over the peanut butter fudge and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Slice and bite in, or cut into cubes and use as toppings on your morning oats, smoothie bowl, granola, toast or pancakes
