INGREDIENTS

Base

160g oat flour
260g peanut butter
200g agave syrup
35g coconut oil

CHOCOLATE GANACHE

60g coconut oil
30g cacao powder
60g agave syrup

ONLY KIDDING, YOU'VE GOT TO TRY THESE FUDGY SQUARES OF PEANUT BUTTER DREAMS DRIZZLED IN PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL 🥜 🍪

METHOD

  • Melt the coconut oil, and mix together all base ingredients
  • Press the peanut butter fudge base into a tin and freeze for 30 minutes whilst you make the chocolate layer
  • Melt the coconut oil, and stir in the remaining ingredients, pour over the peanut butter fudge and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Slice and bite in, or cut into cubes and use as toppings on your morning oats, smoothie bowl, granola, toast or pancakes
