Base
| 110g | chickpea flour (3/4 cup) |
| 240g | plant milk (1/2 cup) |
| 30g | mushed bananas (2 tbsp) |
| 2 | tbsp coconut sugar |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| Picnch of salt |
TOPPINGS
| Maple syrup | |
| Chocolate chips | |
| Banana | |
| Freeze dried raspberries |
6 ingredient soft and fluffy protein packed waffles. I whipped these up in literally 2 minutes (+ 2 minutes cooking time) and they're delicious sweet or savoury! Sweet with maple, choc chips, banana and berries or savoury with hummus, avocado and harissa!
METHOD
- Blend together all the ingredients.
- Cook in a preheated waffle iron (sprayed with oil) until golden brown.
- Pile them up, add toppings, drizzle with maple, and dig in!
