1 | banana |
100g | oats |
150ml | plant milk |
1 | tsp baking powder |
FROSTING
8 | tbsp coconut yoghurt |
1 | tsp @unicornsuperfoods pink pitaya superfood powder (or beetroot juice!) |
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C, Blend all donut ingredients until smooth
- Pour batter into mini donut moulds and bake for 8 minutes
- Once cool, whip up the frosting and dunk donuts inside. You can also use natural powdered icing sugar with splash of water for a crisp glaze! Drizzle in agave syrup and cover in freeze dried berries!
