Peanut butter caramel (1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp agave syrup) | |
Raspberry chia jam (50g raspberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp agave, heated and set aside for 15 minutes) | |

Peanut butter nicecream, cashew butter pies, peanut butter fudge bites, peanut butter caramel, peanuts and oh did I mention.. PEANUT BUTTER. Sorry I'm a little nuts over this one..
METHOD
- Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil
- Blend banana and pb mixture together on high speed until smooth (use a high speed blender or food processor ie @vitamix @thermomix @magimix)
- Decorate with toppings of your choice
