Base
| 50g | oats |
| 200ml | plant based milk (I used @mightypeauk unsweetened) |
| 75g | pumpkin purée (add more if you want a stronger pumpkin taste) |
| 35g | vegan protein (I used @vivolife salted caramel) |
| 10g | chia seeds |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice |
TOPPINGS
| 1 | pack @PriBakes peanut butter pie |
Smooth creamy oatmeal made with pumpkin purée and @vivolife salted caramel protein topped with our brand new @PriBakes peanut butter pies🥜🥜
METHOD
- Add protein powder to milk and whisk until smooth
- Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon powder and protein milk mixture to the saucepan or bowl if using a microwave
- Cook oats on a medium heat for about 5-10 minutes until desired level of thickness. Alternatively, 1-3 minutes in the microwave according to your oats cooking instructions
- Top with @PriBakespeanut butter pies and any other toppings your heart desires😋
