Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
2 tbsp diary free milk
1 3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2  tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

 

Instructions:

  • Mash the bananas and add brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and milk and whisk together.
  • Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and whisk together then add in the chocolate and nuts.
  • Bake for 45min at 180 degrees
