40g | chocolate |
I almost definitely do. All the time. In isolation preferably. Where nobody is watching me and I can enjoy each mouthful 😳 This is the same recipe I used to make the raw cookie dough balls in yesterday's brownie batter nicecream bowl. Easy right?
METHOD
- Mix the coconut oil and mix together all ingredients excl the chocolate
- Roll the dough into 2cm balls and flatten out with your palm
- Stick in 3-4 chocolate chips on top and freeze for 15 minutes so the cookies hold together
- Let them defrost for a few minutes and dunk in oat milk
