INGREDIENTS

Base

1 banana
120g peanut butter (can also sub for almond butter)
110g maple / agave
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
60g chocolate chips

 

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 180c.
  • Mix all ingredients (excl chocolate chips) in a blender, or in a bowl ensuring banana is mashed until smooth
  • Pour into a small baking tray (mine was 15cm x 10cm)
  • Cover in chocolate chips and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing or digging in with a spoon!
