Mix all ingredients (excl chocolate chips) in a blender, or in a bowl ensuring banana is mashed until smooth Pour into a small baking tray (mine was 15cm x 10cm) Cover in chocolate chips and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing or digging in with a spoon!
