|120g||peanut butter (can also sub for almond butter)|
|110g||maple / agave|
|1/2||tsp baking soda|
|Pinch of salt|
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Mix all ingredients (excl chocolate chips) in a blender, or in a bowl ensuring banana is mashed until smooth
- Pour into a small baking tray (mine was 15cm x 10cm)
- Cover in chocolate chips and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing or digging in with a spoon!
