Brownie batter bark

After everyone raved about the cookie dough bark, we're back with another indulgent treat

Introducing the Brownie batter bark! Just as delicious and equally irresistible.

A healthy vegan and gluten free dessert that is sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
11/2 cups chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

  • Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix again
  • Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the cookie dough mixture on top. Spread and flatten the mixture with your hands to form a large piece of brownie batter bark 
  • Melt the remaining chocolate chips, then pour over the brownie batter bark. Spread into an even layer , then place in freezer for about an hour
  • When ready, remove the freezer and cute or break it into large pieces and enjoy
