Brownie snacking cup

Craving a sweet snack that also offers nutritional benefits?

Try this 6 ingredient vegan brownie cups! Packed with flavor, easy to make, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings:) 

Ingredients:
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup nut butter
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
melted chocolate for topping (optional)

 

Instructions:

  • Combine cocoa powder, maple syrup, nut butter, oat flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract 
  • Mix ingredient in a bowl until a dough forms
  • Line a muffin tin with parchment paper cups and. Scoop the brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 1/2 full
  • Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Once firm mlt some chocolate and pour it over the brownies
