BASE
3 | packs of @PriBakes cinnamon oaty pockets (1 for the topping) |
PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING
2 | tbsp peanut butter |
1/2 | tbsp coconut oil |
1 | tbsp agave syrup |
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
60g | cashew butter (or cashews soaked in hot water) |
65g | coconut milk (canned, thick white part) |
2 | tbsp coconut oil |
2 | tbsp agave syrup |
1 | tbsp lemon juice |
CREAMY, CINNAMON CHEESECAKE JARS WITH A POP SQUARE BASE AND PEANUT BUTTER SMOTHERED ALL OVER!
METHOD
- Crumble 2 packs of oaty pockets in a bowl and fill the two jars with a base
- Blend all the cheesecake filling ingredients in a high speed blender
- Fill the jars just below the top
- Mix the peanut butter topping ingredients in a bowl, and fill each jar with 1 tbsp on top of the cream layer
- Top with 1 extra pop square each.
