INGREDIENTS

Base

200g choc
45g krispies (rice krispies, brown rice krispies, protein krispies, popped quinoa or popped amaranth, your choice!)
1 tbsp peanut butter

WHEN IN NEED OF A CHOCOLATE PICK ME UP, TRY WHIPPING UP THESE PROTEIN PACKED, 3 INGREDIENT CRUNCH BARS. HERE IS A DELICOUS SUPER QUICK AND EASY RECIPE AND YOU PROBABLY HAVE THESE IN YOUR KITCHEN CUPBOARD!!

METHOD

  • Melt the choc
  • Stir in the peanut butter
  • Combine the krispies, pour into a square tray (2-3cm thick) , freeze for 10 minutes, slice into 6 rectangles and dig in!
