Date Snicker Bars

A healthy take on your traditional snicker bar
And it's made with wholesome ingredients!

This 5 ingredient  healthy snicker bar is super easy and with the soft medjool dates you wont miss the caramel;)

It's free from refined sugars, gluten free and dairy free!!

Ingredients:

24 medjool dates
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
 flakey salt

 

Instructions:

  • Remove seeds from dates
  • Press dates onto baking sheet
  • Drizzle your peanut butter 
  • Add chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 30sec increments until melted
  • Pour the chocolate over the peanut covered date bar then top it off with flakey salt
  • Place in freezer forat least 30min then enjoy
