2 | tbsp coconut oill |
1/2 | tbsp vanilla |
40g | cacao powder |
2 | tbsp carob powder |
5 | tbsp date syrup |

METHOD
- Melt cacao butter in a Bain Marie
- Add coconut oil and melt
- Add cacao powder and Caron powder
- Stir in until smooth
- Mix in date syrup and vanilla stirring continuously until combined
- Pour into mould and leave in the freeze for 30 minutes to set
