This vegan, gluten-free, low sugar no bake 4 Ingredient Healthy Cookie Dough Bark will be your new go-to for deliciousness!
Easy to whip up and even easier to devour!
1 cup |
Almond Flour |
1/4 | Maple Syrup |
2 tbsp | Coconut Oil |
1 cup | Chocolate Chips |
Method:
1. Mix together the almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Add in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and mix again to combine.
2. Line a small baking sheet with Parchment paper, then place the cookie dough mixture on top of the parchment paper. Spread and flatten.
3. Melt the remaining 3/4 chocolate chips, then pour the melted chocolate into an even layer, then place in the freezer for at least an hour.
4. When ready to eat, remove the cookie dough bark from the freezer and either cut or break into larger piece. Enjoy!
