INGREDIENTS

BASE

110g oat flour
30g agave syrup
30g coconut oil

CARAMEL

120g dates (pitted)
75g date syrup or agave/maple

CHOCOLATE

50g chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil

MILLIONAIRES SHORTBREAD

METHOD

  • Melt the coconut oil and combine the base ingredients until a dough forms
  • Press the dough into a baking tray or tin and place in the freezer whilst you make the caramel
  • Blend the caramel ingredients in a food processor until smooth and spread over the base, then freeze whilst you make the chocolate layer
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain marie and pour over the caramel layer
  • Phrase for 30 minutes until solidified and then decorate with toppings of your choice
  • Shortbread to defrost before serving and this will prevent your chocolate from cracking at the top. To make this even better i dunked these in nut butter😂
