INGREDIENTS
Base
| 160g | oat flour |
| 260g | peanut butter |
| 200g | agave syrup |
| 35g | coconut oil |
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
| 60g | coconut oil |
| 30g | cacao powder |
| 60g | agave syrup |

METHOD
- Melt the coconut oil, and mix together all base ingredients
- Press the peanut butter fudge base into a tin and freeze for 30 minutes whilst you make the chocolate layer
- Melt the coconut oil, and stir in the remaining ingredients, pour over the peanut butter fudge and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Slice and bite in, or cut into cubes and use as toppings on your morning oats, smoothie bowl, granola, toast or pancakes
