Ingredients
BASE
| 220g | oat flour |
| 50g | buckwheat flour |
| 70g | coconut oil |
| 70g | date syrup |
| Pinch of salt |
SALTED DATE CARAMEL
| 250g | dates |
| 1 | tbsp nut butter of choice |
| 1 | tbsp coconut oil |
| Pinch of salt |
WHITE CHOCOLATE
| 110g | cacao butter |
| 6 | tbsp maple syrup |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla essence |
| Pinch of salt |

METHOD
- Melt coconut oil
- Mix base ingredients together to form dough
- Press into a baking tray and freeze whilst making caramel
- Soak dates in hot water for 30 mins
- Blend dates, nut butter, melted coconut oil and salt
- Spread caramel onto base layer and freeze whilst making the chocolate
- Melt cacao butter in a saucepan on low heat
- Stir in remaining ingredients for chocolate
- Pour over caramel and leave to set in the freezer for at least 1 hour
- Build into a piece of artwork with leftover chocolate (optional)
